I was first introduced to Achieve Orthopedic Rehab Institute by my physiatrist who recommended the group as top notch for the problems I was having with my knee and spinal stenosis. Achieve assessed my problems very quickly, and with careful manual manipulations in addition to well-designed exercises I was experiencing new freedom of movement and developing muscle tone to help me with my problems. As it turned out, I was a candidate for total knee replacement, and while waiting for my surgery, we worked together to continue to build the agility and muscles I would need for post-surgery recovery. Did it work? Well, all I can say is; I walked in my town's Memorial Day Parade one month after my surgery. They say that the highest compliment you can give someone is to recommend family and friends. So far, I've referred four people to Achieve and would not hesitate to continue doing so.

I can’t say enough about the care I received from Achieve Orthopedic Rehab. At only 30, I thought my life was going to be hindered by chronic pain.
