What type of insurances do you accept?

We accept Blue Cross Blue Shield, Humana, PHCS, Medicare, worker's compensation insurance and motor vehicle accident required physical therapy. We do not accept HMO insurance plans. Just because we are not listed in your insurance company's provider book does not mean we do not accept your insurance. Please call us to find out whether you are eligible for coverage.
